Developer Portal Changelog

This page lists notable changes to the DHCS Developer Portal, newest first. We publish an update when a release has enough changes to share, so the time between entries varies.

Each entry is dated and its changes are sorted into these categories:

  • Added — new features or pages
  • Changed — updates to existing features or documentation
  • Fixed — corrected problems
  • Removed — features or content that are no longer available

Added

  • Changelog. You're reading it. Find this page under DHCS Developer Portal User Guides in the documentation sidebar.
  • Refresh button on Access Requests. Select Refresh on the Access Requests page to load your latest requests right away.
  • Pending approvals alert. API producers now see an alert on the Home page when access requests are waiting for their approval.
  • Direct links to Access Requests tabs. Links to the Access Requests page, including the one in the pending approvals alert, now open the right tab.
  • Credential rotation and revocation guide. Accessing an API now explains how to rotate or revoke a client credential, how the 90-day client_secret expiration works, and how to switch to a new credential with no downtime.

Changed

  • Faster page loads. Pages across the portal load faster. The interactive API explorer (Swagger UI) now loads only on API detail pages, where you use it.
