Register as Third-Party Developer

Register your application once. You'll separately request access to individual APIs that support this program.

No discretionary approval gate. Under CMS-0057-F, DHCS cannot subject a patient's choice of third-party application to Producer review (42 CFR §431.60(b)(6)). Once your application passes technical validation, your client credentials are provisioned automatically — no DHCS staff review required.
