FHIR R4 Patient Access API satisfying the CMS Interoperability and Patient Access rules (CMS-9115-F and CMS-0057-F). Exposes member Patient data according to the CARIN Blue Button implementation guide, along with the FHIR capability statement and SMART on FHIR discovery documents. Access requires an EIAM-issued SMART on FHIR bearer token.
